Our story

# I want to build. And have a life.

I’m Randy. I’m building Product Brain—and a team of agents around it—to learn how the work can move without me carrying every handoff.

The reason for building

## I want focused work. And time for life outside it.

The ambition is personal: build something useful without needing to be in every conversation.

Adding another agent does not settle who decides, where the reasons live or when a person should step in. We are learning to make those arrangements explicit as we build.

That is an intention and an ongoing practice. Our own use is learning material, not evidence of a measured customer outcome.

## Learn with the team we’re actually building.

The field guides begin in our own work: a source, a task, a handoff and a result to inspect.

We include what failed and what still needs review. The first lessons are made by hand.

Learn it in the work

## Begin with a job your team already does.

One role, one task, one result you can inspect.
